We were on our way into Wexford to stop at any restaurant that looked appetizing and saw that Saga's parking lot was barren. We've been wanting to come here for awhile, especially to compare it with Ichiban, and took advantage of the opportunity. We walked in and when asked if we wanted Hibachi or not, we decided to sit in the dining area to give it a shot. After all, you can expect pretty much the same experience at any Hibachi joint. Saga claims to be a hibachi and sushi place. That's there way of saying, "Hey. We're only going to give you a few options if you're not here for raw fish or a hibachi show. Deal with it." The traditional menu is really limited. Tempura, a few soups, and teriyaki dishes is what you'll find. My trusty yelper in crime and I both decided to get the tempura. She got chicken and I got vegetables. I expected to get more vegetables because of my decision, and was disappointed to learn that an extra two dollars would have netted me some chicken with the same amount of fried veggies. After trying the chicken I because happy with my decision, though, as the chicken was actually shoe leather that had been soaked overnight in chicken broth. My food wasn't bad. It was average. I realize it sounds like a stretch, but I've had better tempura at a food stand at Roger's Flea Market in Ohio. To make things worse, our server was serving both in the dining area as well as working multiple tables in the hibachi side of the restaurant. It wasn't his fault that he wasn't around much; for all I know, two of their servers may have called off right before their shift. Being that it was Father's Day, though, you'd think they'd be better prepared. You'd also probably think that the manager on duty wouldn't be within eye shot of my table playing on his phone for twenty minutes while his two servers were busy. You'd be wrong, though, because that's exactly what happened. We waited in upwards of fifteen minutes after finishing our meals to get our check. When we did finally get the check, our server literally RAN back to the hibachi side. I've never had a server run away from my table. We'll be going back to try the hibachi, but we'll definitely be avoiding the dining room. Saga looks really nice inside, but it seems like you're paying a few dollars more a dish for the atmosphere. There's also outdoor seating, but it's next to a road that seems pretty busy, and it's obviously not at a hibachi so you'll be met with little variety to choose from.

Yum! I recommend this place to anyone who likes sushi!! Their veggie tempura is great. We had a monster roll (my favorite now...cream cheese with shrimp tempura and tuna on top...yum!!) and it was awesome. If you don't see it on the menu, just ask for it, they will make it! I also had a baked alaskan roll which was delicious. If you like sushi, you will love this place.

Our waiter was very entertaining. He had the normal Japanese Hibachi tricks and some new ones I hadn't seen before. But I like calamari and they don't have that on the menu The dinosaur egg was good and the avocado gave it a nice creamy texture. But you really need to love sashimi if you order this as the center is a mass of raw tuna and salmon and it is topped with a variety of roe. It didn't come with ginger or wasabe so if you want it you'll have to request it My fillet minion was yummy but the lobster tail was over cooked an chewy. I also felt that it was over priced When I walked in I noticed an unpleasant odor but it wasn't over powering. Overall the place isn't bad but with all the Japanese Steakhouses in the area, Id choose a different one

Frustrating experience. We decided to do the hibachi part because of Father's Day. We saw the other chefs having a blast with the guests. Ours literally said two words. He had no interaction with us and was just muddling through the motions. The other tables had the waiter shooting sake and pink lemonade into their mouths. Not us. They did the goofy onion volcano (and lava!). Did we get it? Nope. They got the pieces of veggie flipped into the air to catch in their mouth. Not us. Not that I love (or participate in) any of those things, but they are the things you come to expect when you sit at a hibachi table. Especially when you see all the other chefs doing it. The food was as decent as any hibachi experience can be. Nothing out of this world, but still pretty good. For an appetizer I had the crazy tuna roll. I enjoyed it but some of the rice was a little hard. I would have been really disappointed if my only meal was the roll. The servers seemed put off that we didn't order any alcoholic drinks. And got testy when I asked for extra sauce for the hibachi meal. She mumbled about how they could charge me for it but they won't. The final straw was that we had a groupon. First the waitress said we can't use it because it was a Sunday. It didn't say anywhere on the groupon that it couldn't be used on Sundays, so I asked to speak to the manager about it. He told me that since it was Father's Day, it was a holiday and the groupon wasn't valid on holidays because of how busy they get. I guess I'm not used to most places calling Father's Day a holiday. I wonder if they wouldn't have taken it on Flag Day or Arbor Day either. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we got seriously jipped on the "show" portion of our meal.

The service was great, and for 7 adults and 2 kids, only my steak was a little bit over cooked. I was so full by then, though, that it didn't matter. The rest of the food was really delicious.

If you're contemplating Ichiban or Saga, choose Ichiban every time. We waited over a half hour to even see a waitress and our appetizer was forgotten, almost an hour total until we saw our chef. The food all had a strange aftertaste. When we go to Ichiban, it lasts for at least two meals... It would be generous to say that you get half the portion at Saga. I will say that the waitresses were polite and friendly. Will not return.

First, let me just say that our service was excellent. We didn't do the Hibachi, instead we sat down and ordered from the lunch menu. Service was faaaast! We only had about 40 minutes to sit down, order, eat, pay and return to work and they accomplished that for us. My food though.. it was awful. I ordered the chicken and broccoli. There was no sauce, the chicken was gummy. It was the least appetizing meal that I've ever had. It was boxed up and brought home. Usually I can save meals like this but there was no way that even my talents in the kitchen could bring any kind of life to it. My friend enjoyed her bento box lunch despite the fruit being straight from a can. I don't know if I'll ever go back but if I do it will be for the service and to try the sushi. PS - I loved the decor! It's very surprising because you're totally not expecting it. Its very trendy and beautiful, kudos to them!

Good food, pink sauce not as good as yum yum sauce and as we are from Michigan found the pink sauce lacking. Chef was fantastic.

This place is so bizarre. We go here after work quite often and I am not sure why. I am also not sure why I am giving it 4 stars, but I guess if I keep going and having fun then they must be doing something right. I've enjoyed the sushi each time, though there are better places in Pittsburgh. They also have a lot of sake and disgusting Korean soju which for some reason I enjoy. The service is strange, the decor is over the top, and place is eerily dead sometimes. BUT I enjoy it. So, 4 stars!

First impressions mean everything when trying to impress customers. My first impression was the terrible smell that hit me when I entered the place. I could not get over it and quite frankly I did not want to eat my lunch in a place that is not enjoyable. The service was okay.

I was pleasantly surprised with Saga. The spicy yellowtail was could, though it should have been spicier. I had the steak and lobster for dinner and the portions were huge. I would eat here again if I were in the Cranberry area. My wife had the tempura udon bowl and it was huge and tasted great as well. The service was fine, nothing special though.

Bad. I work in Cranberry so I am familiar with chain restaurant standards but this was bad even by those standards. $9 for hibachi soy-soaked noodles and over-cooked veggies on some rice. The Tuesday half off sushi deal isn't really half off. Bland sushi with lots of sauces. Go elsewhere.

My husband and I have only gotten phone orders/carry-out orders from this restaurant, so my review is about the food quality and service of the take out. Over the last year, we have been ordering the same meal, which is the sushi/sashimi combo platter for about $40? The first two orders were great. It seemed like a lot of food for only $40, but over time, the quality of the food and amount of food decreased (and we are talking about ordering the same thing). The meal even says it should feed up to 4 people but it seems it's becoming a meal for 2 then recently a meal for 1. The last takeout we had was this monday night. We ordered the exact same meal and this time, the amount of sashimi and nigiri was for one or two people and the order came in 2 small boxes instead of the usual round container for combo platters. My husband was the one who picked up the order and he told them that he thinks they have us the wrong order since it totally did not look like the usual meals we were getting. The server told him it is the sushi sashimi for $40. When my husband ask about the amount of food, he said he'll give us soup and salad. What kind of compensation is that??? Sushi and sashimi is not equivalent at all to soup and salad. Very disappointing. The server even said that's what the manager said to give us just soup and salad. With all the other sushi places in Cranberry, Saga should step up instead of treat customers like this. Most likely never going to recommend this location. Very inconsistent in food quality and service.

Are all hibachi's the same? It's seems you can get far without running into another hibachi/sushi restaurant. Im still waiting to find one that is different; one that offers SOMETHING or some reason to choose one over the other. Saga is unfortunately NO different than any other. I felt rushed even on a Wednesday night with half empty tables and no waiting line. As soon as we ordered the salad is plopped down then the soup is dropped almost immediately. Service is routine and militant. Get 'em in, get 'em out. The servers are not trained and can't communicate well with guests. One guest was asking what was in a particular cocktail, the server brought out the cup it's served in. Because that's all she could do. She could not describe the drink. I handed the server my Enjoy card and she came back to the table saying, "machine not accept." I tried to explain that it is a coupon card and not payment. Sooooooo, you get the point. Three meals, two cocktails = over $30 each split 3 ways USING a coupon. Robbed. For rice/noodles with steak or chicken I will stick to Empire Palace on McKnight Road.

Not impressed. Jay and I stopped here Fathers Day and was quite surprised to find the parking lot full of spaces. We thought this place would be packed because of the holiday but after we dined here we found out why the parking lot was bare. When you first go in you will be given the choice to have the hibachi experience or dine at the tables. We decided to go with the table experience. The dining area only had us...no one else was in the vicinity. Our waiter quickly came and served us our waters. He was quick to refill them and to take our order. I ordered the chicken tempura. With the chicken tempura you got a side of salad and soup. The soup was miso which was tasty. The salad was just lettuce with ginger dressing. I loved their ginger dressing. I usually hate dressing but found this dressing to be pretty good. The chicken tempura then came to my table and I was quite shocked. It looked like the munchie platter from Eat n Park. There were four deep fried pieces of chicken on it and there were also deep fried veggies as well. The dish cost 13 dollars. My boyfriend got the veggie tempura which looked just like my plate but it was missing the four pieces of chicken. I am not sure it is worth it to get the chicken for two dollars more. The dish was okay. It was greasy and not that flavorful. I have had better fried veggies at the Butler County Fair. After our waiter served us our food we never saw him again. A table was seated close to us and they got up to seek out service at one point because they waited for a half an hour for someone to take their drink order. My boyfriends water was neglected to be refilled, and we waited 30 minutes for our check. Will I stop here again....most likely not. The service left a bad taste in my mouth here especially when there is a Japanese steakhouse a mile up the road with better service.

Man, do I love sushi. It's too bad this place is like an hour from my house, or I'd be there all the time. Anyways...went back. Got mostly sushi from the specials-of-the-day menu. We had the California Roll, the Monster Roll, the Angry Birds roll, and the Baked Alaska roll. So, so good. We went there for my mom's birthday, so the waitress brought out a free dessert for her. It was ice cream wrapped in cake. And the candle was a plastic lotus flower. The waitress lights the top of it, and the petals unfold into several small candles. It was really cool, Great sushi here. If you are in the NE/C Ohio, NW/C Pennsylvania area, go here.\ Letter grade: A -

Ahhhhhh--mazzzzzze--inggggg. Came here on a Friday night to get dinner with my dad. Walking in, the immediate look and atmosphere of Saga gives a great first impression. Very trendy, contemporary atmosphere that looks like it could fit in in midtown Manhattan. Plenty of seating available - at the bar, the sushi bar, the dining area, as well as some lounge-y type seats. No wait, even at 7:30 PM on a weekend. And once you're seated, they give you a warm moist towel to clean your hands with before you begin dinner. They have a huge selection of hand rolls and specials rolls, along with many seafood, hibachi, and asian noodle entrees. I had the spicy tuna roll and the double spicy roll. Spicy tuna roll was good. But let me break down the real star here: the double spicy roll. Spicy crunchy white tuna inside spicy yellowtail and topped with mango. Fucking mindblowingly good. Maybe the best sushi roll I've had to date. Order it. Great food, awesome decor, fantastic service. A great place for a date or for a night out with friends. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in town.

Amid the dancing spatulas and whirling forks, flames and streams of Saki, I had a great dinner with these my family last night! These guys really put on a good show, we had Billy as our chef. He had some cool moves and food special effects. I won't spoil everything, but if you like 'volcano's' you gotta check out the act. Showmanship aside, the food was really good too! I had a perfectly cooked sirloin steak, 6 ounces of jumbo scallops and shrimp. They are not skimpy on the sides of rice and soba noodles either. Two in our party were having birthdays. They kicked on the disco lights and lasers and brought us out an amazing b-day cake that whistled while it shot out flames and sparks before revealing its candle petals. It was really cool! The entire restaurant was beautifully appointed from the bar to the sushi bar to the hibachi grills, the walls, restrooms; everything. You couldn't get friendlier service either- every employee was checking on us, making sure we had everything and were having a great time. Highly Recommend!

We've come here a couple times now with friends and have had a good experience each time. The first, we sat at the sushi bar and received a free appetizer with diced tuna and salmon with sliced cucumber and a ponzu sauce. It was amazing - pretty much 5 stars for just that dish. We requested it the next time we were in (but never got the name of the dish, it seemed the girl was just guessing when we described it to her). The last time, we read descriptions and took a guess that it was the tataki, but that ended up not being the right dish - you'd have to order it by description I guess. The soup and salad are both good and the fish is fresh. I've never really been impressed by the rolls - whether spicy or not, I never really taste much heat or get a strong "wow" flavor. Martinis are good, but not very strong. We've had both great and lousy service here - the first time, the girl was amazing and super nice, the last, you could have sworn the guy HATED us - he never came to our table, he forgot nearly everything we ordered, and it was a really big inconvenience for him that we had to remind him that we never received our food. Overall, the good outweighs the bad and we will be back.

Whenever I'm in town for a business trip, I always make sure to dine here one night! I love their seaweed salad and the fish is always fresh! As a sushi lover I try to find places where they server fresh fish, and this place sure does that. They have a great variety of rolls! I recommend this place to any sushi lover!

I probably went too early, around 5p on a Sunday, for dinner to get the Hibachi experience. Despite saying to the host I would be ordering Hibachi, I was seated with everyone else in the main dining area. Since I had a Groupon alone, I ordered the Emperor's Deluxe (Filet, Shrimp, Lobster, Scallops). It was a lot of food. They didn't ask how I would like the meat done and it was between medium and well done whereas I would have prepared a traditional medium rare. Lobster was perfectly cooked but pretty bland tasting. The shrimp were just OK. The scallops were the highlight, sweet and tender. Came with both fried rice and noodles. I liked the included soup and salad appetizer. Might have gotten the extra star had I been able to watch it being cooked and gotten the food off the grill as soon as it was done. Service was a bit lacking but maybe I scared them off by being preoccupied reading the NYT on my iPhone...

Love the sushi. Hate the service. Rolls are priced 2-3$ less than competition, quality is good and very consistent that's why we come back. Service and ambiance are always subpar. Presented a LivingSocial deal as we had several times in the past. We had a functionally mute server (his English was stellar when he was talking to his friends) who refused to accept the deal. Escalated to manager, to no avail. I warned him I wouldn't be stuck paying for their mistake. His hearing was good, his listening was not. Unfortunately for Saga, my bank easily processes charge backs. Free sushi meal for us! Suck it, Trebeck.

Maybe it was just a bad night. Went to Saga Hibachi with 3 friends and none of us were excited by our dinner. We chose the Hibachi side of the restaurant. There were a few people sitting at the bar and about 5 tables in the dining room side. We were the last seated at our table and so didn't have to wait long before being served. Others at the table had been served their soup. The soup is an adequate portion but was pretty tasteless. There was one mushroom floating on the broth along with a bit of green onion. The small salad was merely iceberg lettuce with a variation of red French dressing. The lettuce had not been dried and so the bottom of the bowl was full of water. The hibachi chef was competent and tried to engage the diners in his antics. No one was having a part of the show, tho. I ordered scallops while the others in our party had the chicken, and filet mignons. The vegetables were broccoli, mushrooms, and match stick zucchini. Fried rice and soba noodles also accompanied the protein. The one area in which the chef was not competent was in dividing the food among the diners. I was the last served vegetables and got a miniscule portion with no broccoli or mushrooms. The scallops were a bit overcooked, but my friends' steaks were cooked to perfection.Everything was doused with soy sauce that accounted for the saltiness of all the food and the lack of any other flavor. Our waiter had a difficult time getting our check to us in a timely fashion - we were on our way to a movie and needed to make the show. So maybe our experience was an abberation. I am not sure whether to go back for a second chance and just chalk up our first visit as a fluke.

Just stopped by for a sushi bar lunch. The "Sushi Lunch" came with a small appetizer salad and miso soup. The salad was crisp and the dressing flavorful. The lunch came with 5-pieces of sushi and 6 pieces of California roll. The sushi was prepared quickly, very good & well presented. For a quick change of lunchtime routine, it was great and well worth the price.

You know, all these hibachi places are pretty much all alike. We just visited this place for the first time. I think the interior design is a little bit trendier than the others. But there was also a couple things we didn't like. We were led to a table with only 2 people already sitting at it. They were a very nice couple of young kids. We asked them how long they had been waiting and they said over 20 minutes. Not so good. When our server came to take our orders, my bf quizzed them down about how long they would be making us wait. They assured that our chef would be right over. In the meantime, another couple joined our table. A couple with 3 cell phones. I don't like to complain about other people, but really. Is it necessary for a couple to both be on the phone at the same time? Couldn't they at least hold their voices down? Things got even better when the gentleman erupted, (you get what I mean) and had to leave the table. That left his woman talking loudly on one cell phone while texting on the other. Incredible. The cooking show here was kinda funny. Our guy managed to sing and it was really cute and he flirted with Ms. couple number one. The food was good, although the dressing on my salad was awful runny. The first couple from our table thought her lobster was a little overcooked. I really liked my shrimp dinner. BJ enjoyed his steak and scallops, although the steak has a bit overcooked. The portions were a good size and full of flavor. The low light of the experience was when the Mrs. from couple two got upset because she wasn't served in a timely fashion. Very unpleasant to witness. My point on telling this story is just a reminder. If you don't take a group big enough to fill a hibachi table with you, it's hard to tell who you will be sitting with. That's the downside of dining at this type of place.

The food was fine a year ago and has gotten progressively worse. We have eaten there several times. The miso is boring, the rice is greasy, the salad dressing sucks. The sashimi was sliced too thickly and no wasabi or soy was offered. We had dirty dishes and chipped spoons. The waitress had the nerve to ask if I wanted another spoon "without a chip" and then plopped it in my bowl. Our waitress was pathetic and unprofessional. The owner was too busy (as the last few times there) talking on his cell phone to be bothered with unhappy customers. We won't be going back. Wish there was a zero star option, they would have earned it. We paid a lot of money for a horrible experience. Eat somewhere else.

The hibachi fare here is the usual stuff, but it has a pretty good flavor. My wife and I prefer this place to nearby Ichiban. The show is the same generic shtick that you find at every hibachi place in greater Pittsburgh. You either play along and like it, or sit there awkwardly and suffer through. The decor is modern but trying too hard; the bar glows with neon lights through frosted plexiglass, they flash disco lights when singing happy birthday, and there's lots of blacks and dark browns. My party ordered two different sushi rolls for appetizers: Fuji and Volcano. Both were tasty, though the latter could have used some more zing for a dish advertised as "spicy". We went on a Sunday, which is kids eat free day (but be warned, only one free meal per two paying adults).

Delicioso! First came here with my tito and tita for lunch. Let me tell you... The addage "Don't judge a book by its cover" could not be any more accurate. From the exterior, Saga gives the impression that it's nothing fantastic, but once you enter, you will be definitely taken aback. The design inside is very contemporary and chic. You would put this decor in the middle of major cosmopolitan city. That is just the beginning... The lunch specials are such a steal - 2 rolls for $8, 3 rolls for $10!? Get out! You know I'll be getting 3 rolls! Since my tita is super tight with the management here, they sent this delectable appetizer. I was even more impressed when the rolls came to the table and they were definitely generous. They also have a great happy hour menu so totally go back and check that out if you can!

I had a great time here! I found myself at Saga because of a friend's groupon deal and spent time at both the hibachi station and the bar. The hibachi experience was pretty standard, but good! The chef was a lot of fun :-) The bar is what earned 4 stars here. The staff was incredibly attentive (and it was busy!) and the drinks were tasty for a place in Cranberry. My favorite part was when the owner came with a bottle of sake and gave the whole bar 3 rounds of shots on the house! 4 solid stars.

If you're into sushi, you're better off hitting up any local Chinese buffet than eating at Saga. Every time I have eaten here it was a complete disappointment. The fish is low quality and mushy. The sushi rice comes right ouf of the steamer without being cooled- it actually warms the fish, evidence that the chefs have no clue what they're doing. I've really wanted to like Saga because I live so close, but I simply will not waste any more money.

Saga is the best Hibachi-style restaurant in the Cranberry area. The server staff is polite and quick with refills on drinks, and the grillers are entertaining and skillful. The food is always very fresh and seasoned well, and the staff is more than willing to accommodating any requests (such as leaving zucchini out of the veggie mix for my picky husband). We generally try to go at lunch to take advantage of the smaller crowds and less expensive lunch rates. Each of the grillers loves to demonstrate their personality while on the job. Roy can be a bit over-the-top, but is our favorite. He definitely turns on the charm when his table reacts positively to him. He's also not afraid to use adult humor with the right crowd. Almost all of the grillers will offer to toss broccoli for a hands-free catch -- and it seems that catching the broccoli means you win a shot (literally) of sake, straight from a condiment bottle, as much as you can hold or 10 seconds worth, whichever is longer. If you like sake, it may be worth preparing for at home. Overall, Saga is a great experience and I highly recommend a visit!

Last night I went to Saga for the first time and tried sushi. I did not think I was going to like it but surprisingly loved it! We ordered different things and they were all delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager (Stephanie) even came to our table to help suggest other items and talked with us for 20 minutes! She was super nice and made our stay really fun. We also went to the bar for happy hour which was great deals and delicious drinks. Saga is definitely a fun place to go!

Needed a sushi fix and didn't want to drive to Pittsburgh so we tried Saga. They happened to be offering 1/2 off sushi that day (Tuesday) so we lucked out. Prices were incredible ranging form $3 per roll to $6.50. The sushi was OK, It paled in comparison to Penn Ave Fish but in fairness most of these suburban sushi restaurants can't compare. The vibe on the other hand was a little strange. i can't put my finger on it but it was just strange. I didn't downgrade the restaurant for it but this is the second time I have experienced it there. Probably just us.

My family and i love japanese hibachi. Nakama and Ichiban being our 2 favs. As for Saga, my wife ate here with a co worker on a Tuesday and got their special half price sushi. After waiting an hour for sushi she made a comment to the manager which returned a response that suggested that if she was in a hurry not to come on Tuesdays because they get too busy with half price sushi. I wouldnt say an hour is a hurry but i would suggest that if you cant efficiently support a special then you may want to make the necessary changes to accomodate your offering. Regardless my wife AND her co worker were very ill after eating here and will not be making another visit based on that.

Although this place is lit up like a Christmas tree (step inside at night and you'll know), the Hibachi experience we had was less than desirable. To start, the menus were sticking to the table, which was a bit unsettling. The staff overrall was very friendly and accommodating. The cocktails we ordered were bland and just tasted like straight liquor. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem tasting alcohol, but when it has absolutely no flavor or tastes like paint thinner, that's a problem. The Hibachi ordered was actually not terrible and tasted alright, but I think that for the price that was charged, the food and drinks were far below expectations.

Came in solo and sat at the sushi bar. Hostess was nice. Waitress was also nice, there was a slight language barrier, so she didn't understand my order. It's a hibachi grill, so I ordered a dinner to go, but wanted the soup and salad there, along with two rolls of sushi. While I waited for my to go order. Asked for a sweet tea, and it was unsweetened. So that was awesome. I ordered an eel roll, and then I asked the waitress what she recommended, and she just nodded in silence. After an awkward silence, I asked again, and she nodded again and tried to take my menu. I told her I still wanted another roll, and she didn't understand still, she got another waitress to translate. She gave me an empty soy sauce container with my sushi so I has to get up and get another one. My salad and soup never came, and was packaged in the to go bag. ...the food was good, the front said "sushi special " and got charged full price. I feel bad because I'm sure without the language barrier, I would have gotten sweet tea and my soup and salad. The hostess spoke perfect English, the waitress didn't speak that much at all. That was very productive. The food is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. I would come back and recommend this place though. Oh, some Rosetta Stone America would help too.

Having worked for over 20 years as a Personal Chef (specializing in Japanese and Italian), I thought Id seen it all well, that was before my wife and I experienced Saga Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar. I ordered the 3 spicy rolls (tuna/salmon/hamachi/see photo) which were filled with a sushi bi-product rarely found in commercial use. Actually, Ive never seen it before served in a restaurant anywhere in the world. Ive seen it sold off a vendors list but Ive never purchased it or used it since its such low grade product, I would never serve it. As you can see from the Photo, I barely ate half of it and actually asked the Waitress to explain to me what it was I was eating..I honestly could not tell the difference between the 3 rolls and quite frankly if not for my wife being so hungry, I would have sent it back and departed the restaurant. My wife's entree was a combo of rainbow roll, spider roll and avocado roll...The Sushi on the rainbow was showing its age and dull in appearance and the avocado roll had some of the sushi spam in the center. Our bill came to a whopping $50 just for this. I would never return for this slop or trust the vendor to serve anything other than whats rotated regardless of the age of the product..Traditional Japanese theme run as if it were a Chinese buffet where they throw nothing away, customers eventually get sick and they go out of business.

There was a live bug in my salad, and the waitress didn't even apologize, much less offer to take anything off the bill. My friend never got the appetizer he ordered. We will not be going back.

This is our favorite place for sushi & hibachi in Cranberry. Loved the 1/2 price sushi on Mondays & Tuesdays when they had the full menu. Also, the drinks and good and strong.

I came here for lunch not sure what to expect. It's very much like Ichiban, where I've had all my former hibachi experiences. The decor of the restaurant is very welcoming and comfortable and the lunch prices are reasonable at $10 - $11 per plate. I must admit that most hibachi locations fall into a rut with the "performance." It all tends to be predictable and not very engaging. Still, it's enjoyable to see how your meal is prepared right in front of you. The service and the food were both average for a hibachi location. I must admit I prefer Ichiban overall for the taste of the meal. Saga just didn't seem quite as delightful. Still, at this price for a lunch deal it's hard to beat.

If you love the taste of frozen lean cuisines then this your place!!! I will never return. This is the first bad review i've ever written in my life enough said.

(4)Jessica P.
First impressions mean everything when trying to impress customers. My first impression was the terrible smell that hit me when I entered the place. I could not get over it and quite frankly I did not want to eat my lunch in a place that is not enjoyable. The service was okay.

Just wanted to mention that Saga Hibachi is awesome. The Manager Susan Lin is incredibly kind. Sincerely Brenda S.

(4)Megan R.

(4)Adela S.

(3)E A.
Love this place! Some of the best hibachi I've ever had. All the food is really fresh and the chefs always put on a great show and give you a decent amount of sake. Definitely go here!
(5)Mike B.
Saga is a great place for sushi. They have fresh choices and service is outstanding. I have been to a lot of sushi restaurants and saga is priced well and has very good food. I've only had sushi there and don't know about hibachi.
(4)Carole A.

(3)Brooke S.

(5)Rachel L.
(4)Ben B.
(1)Jami K.

Cook was funny, food was great, had an amazing time!

(3)B S.
